20 Bulloch County Murder Cases Await Trial

20 murder cases await trial in Bulloch County as of February 20, 2022. All of the defendants are in the Bulloch County Jail and only one of the murder cases has a scheduled trial date at this time.

The 20 Bulloch County murder cases awaiting some sort of resolution in court include:

Court records indicate that Eric Reid Harris mental health professionals may be evaluating whether or not he is competent to stand trial.

The Bulloch County jail also has three individuals awaiting resolution for vehicular homicide charges.

(Second column is # of days in jail)

At least six defendants await resolution for their murder charges in Effingham County and at least two others await trial in Screven County. [Recent Rape & Child Molestation trial in Effingham]

Also in the Bulloch County jail awaiting trial are fourteen defendants charged with varying sex offenses.
