The cost of picking your very own pumpkin is just $5 each, and while there is a $17 admission fee, little ones under 4 years old get in for free. But that’s not all – besides pumpkin picking, Uncle Shuck’s offers a corn maze, jumping pillow, tire mountain, gem mining, and even a haunted trail, making it the ultimate fall destination for families and thrill-seekers alike.
#2 Kinsey Family Farm, Gainesville.
Pumpkin picking season here is in full swing from October 1st to 31st, welcoming visitors from 8 am to 5 pm, regardless of the weather. Weekdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm, Friday’s from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturday’s from 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday’s 1:00pm to 6:00pm you can stroll through their sprawling pumpkin patch. General admission on weekdays is just $16.64 and on weekends $22.21 for ages 2 years and older. But the pumpkin patch is just the beginning of the excitement. Washington Farms offers an array of autumn activities for all ages, including a challenging corn maze, a petting zoo for animal lovers, a bouncy jumping pillow, scenic wagon rides, thrilling pig races, and picturesque sunflower and zinnia fields to explore.
