Statesboro Woman Says She’s Running for U.S. President

From a rural county in southeast Georgia, a Statesboro woman is running for President of the United States of America.

That news is according to a letter from Bulloch County resident Sarah E. Thompson penned to Georgia Republican Party Chairman Josh McKoon in mid-November.

She wrote the letter saying she was announcing her candidacy to be on the ballot for the Republican Presidential Preference Primary in the State of Georgia for the Republican Party in 2024. She included information to officially be placed on the ballot, including:

  • FEC filing information
  • Campaign Committee Information – “Sarah for President” with a P.O. Box in Saint Simons.
  • Campaign Contact Information
  • Campaign Running Mate

“I intend to offer grassroots education on issues impacting conservative Georgians valuing well above $25,000 to demonstrate viability,” she wrote, stating that she has support from “Veterans, Patriot Political Communities, Home-Educators, and Christian Conservatives.”

In closing, Thompson said, “I am a Veteran military officer of the United States and resident elector Bulloch County. My running mate is another Georgia, James Abely of Glynn County.”

Thompson is no stranger to Georgia politics. She challenged the results of the 2020 election both locally and in actions at the state level. Earlier this year, the Georgia Supreme Court tossed a lawsuit she filed in Bulloch County over the December 2022 runoff election. More recently, she was formally removed by the county committee from her position as Secretary of the Bulloch County Republican Party.

  1. Jessica, obviously has a conflict of interest with all her political connections. Did she bother to actually research any of the information she put in this article? Did she bother to speak with Sarah Thompson before posting this article? Obviously not. Typical fundamental problem with all the so called journalists these days.

At least Sarah Thompson has the guts and backbone to actually stand up to our corrupt politicians and government. Everyone else is just sitting idly by as the USA is being destroyed from within using our Confiscated Taxpayers money against us.

To all the naysayers, what are you specifically doing to take back our Country from our corrupt, tyrannical, and draconian governments? I will wait cueing the crickets.
