Mrs. Pauline Kirkendohl

Mrs. Pauline Kirkendohl, of Sylvania, passed away November 20, 2023 at the Medical College of Georgia Health Medical Center. She worked as a social worker for many years. She was also known for being a great caretaker and nanny. Pauline loved children, her pets, and taking care of hurt animals. Most of all she loved her church and was a faithful servant to Jesus at Grace Bible Baptist Church, where she was also a Sunday School teacher. She is preceded in death by her parents, Agnes Daniel and Lee Roy Kirkendohl; aunts and uncles, Paula D. and Norris Tucker, and Rev. Robert C. and Susie S. Daniel. She is survived by her sister Rosalyn Finnegan; nephew, Shane Finnegan; and niece Allison Finnegan, all of Savannah, GA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 22, 2023 at Grace Bible Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Scott Kruig officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Screven County Memorial Cemetery. In remembrances may be sent to Grace Bible Baptist Church, 305 Azalea Dr., Sylvania, GA 30467.
