Edenfield named Institutional Advancement and Admissions Coordinator at East Georgia State College

East Georgia State College (EGSC) is pleased to announce that Krissy Edenfield has been named the Institutional Advancement and Admissions Coordinator for the College. Edenfield will be responsible for the creative development, design, production management, and administration of materials for use in promotional and advertising initiatives that support marketing campaigns and the recruitment and retention of students.

“Krissy will play a key role in the College’s branding and marketing initiatives. It is so important to have a consistent brand that represents the college, the students, and the community,” said Harley Smith, Vice President for Institutional Advancement. “She will use her talents to help promote the college to students and parents in our area and showcase the great things EGSC has to offer.”

Edenfield is a native of Swainsboro, Georgia, and has a passion and precision in creative processes. She has worked in a variety of marketing avenues/platforms (magazine and newsprint, apparel, print materials, digital and print marketing mediums, web design, photography, video/motion graphics, signage/vehicle wrap concept and design) with 17 years of graphic design experience.  Of those years, 12 were in advertising, marketing and with design agency industries where she used her knowledge and expertise in graphic design, marketing, print and photography.

“I am blessed to be able to do what I love and love what I do. Not many people can say that about their line of work,” said Krissy. “I am excited about the opportunity to support design, communication, and marketing initiatives that will serve to further the mission and success of East Georgia State College.”
