Georgia Southern’s Entrepreneurship Club to host Statesboro’s first Market on Main, a festival for student entrepreneurs, on August 27th from 6-9:30pm.
On Friday, Georgia Southern’s entrepreneurship club, Square One, will be hosting Market on Main, which will provide student entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase and sell their products on East Main Street in downtown Statesboro.
The Statesboro community is invited to join and show support to many hard-working students! Square One is proud to help a group of 45 student vendors to interact with the community and further experience what it means to be an entrepreneur.
The event will feature a local band, Rosatoi and musician Robert Cottle. Food will also be available to purchase at Market on Main. A variety of local food trucks, including Rolling Monkey, Saucy Shrimp, Three Tree Coffee Roasters and Wavee Shavee will be in attendance.
The Square One team will also provide activities to keep children engaged and make this experience meaningful to them. In addition, this will be a pet friendly event, be sure to bring your furry friends for a special treat!
