Statesboro Exchange Club Donates to Esther’s Place

The Statesboro Exchange Club hosted representatives from Esther’s Place during their meeting Tuesday.

Esther’s Place, founded by Tanya Wright and Lori Brent, is a ministry focused on serving women in need within the Bulloch County community and its neighboring areas.

They offer a host of services ranging from laundry and showers to clothing and personal items, meals, haircuts, and more. A main component of the services, however, are morning devotionals, Bible studies, widow support, single mom support, and budgeting classes, among other things.

After hearing about the organization’s mission and an upcoming event, the Statesboro Exchange Club presented them with a donation for their upcoming annual event.

On August 17th, Esther’s Place will host its 3rd Annual Esther’s Night Out Barn Dance. The event is slated to have music, dancing, dinner, a silent auction, and a raffle. You can learn more about the event here.
