Zion AME Senior Mission, Nancy Malcom & Chris Caplinger of Pittman Park UMC, and our Special Friends of The Food Bank, promises an unforgettable experience.

Why “Soup-er Bowl Saturday” Matters:
The importance of this fundraiser cannot be overstated. In December, we served 548 families, providing 170,940 meals. In November and October, we distributed 135,996 and 102,312 meals, respectively. The quarterly totals for the last quarter of 2023 alone reached 409,248 meals.
These numbers underscore the critical need for support in our community, and events like “Soup-er Bowl Saturday” play a vital role in our ongoing mission to eliminate hunger. We hope the community will join us in this effort, knowing that every bowl served contributes to filling empty bowls in our community.
