5 Items on Bulloch County P&Z Agenda in August

The Bulloch Planning & Zoning Commission will consider five action items at the next meeting, scheduled for August 12, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the county annex. All meetings are open to the public.

Application #RZNE-2021-00009 submitted by Wayne McQuaig to rezone 33.73 acres from AG-5 to R-80 to develop a residential subdivision with 10 cottage style homes similar to Briar Rose Subdivision on Clito Road.

Application #RZNE-2021-00011 submitted by Nicholas and April Newkirk to rezone 5 acres from AG-5 to R-80 to sale the adjoining property owner 3 acres.

Application #USE-2021-00010 was submitted by William Ashley Milton for a conditional use to allow for a single-family dwelling to be located in an HC zoning district.

Application #VAR-2021-00029 submitted by Collin Whitfield for a variance to the definition of Home Occupation in Section 202 of the Bulloch County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting to allow for two pickup trucks and two trailers with landscaping equipment to be on the property.

Application #USE-2021-00012 submitted by Clint Smith for a condition modification to the conditions approved by the Board of Commissioners on October 9, 2007. The request is to allow vinyl siding as an exterior building material in condition number 2.
