Bulloch Board of Ed set to vote Aug. 12 on millage rate

The Bulloch County Board of Education has announced that the millage rate will be set at a meeting to be held at the school district’s Central Office on August 12, at 6:30 p.m.

The Board is scheduled to vote on the millage rate at this meeting. The district has proposed to again roll back the rate.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Official Code of Georgia (O.C.G.A.) Section 48-5-32 the school district will publish a presentation of the current year’s tax digest and levy, along with history of the tax digest and levy for the past five years.
