RUNDOWN: Bulloch County Board of Education – 10/13/22

Here’s what happened at the regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

Call to Order – Board members Hill, Mims, Sparks, Womack, Newkirk, and Martin were present. Members Jay Cook (District 6) and Dr. Stuart Tedders (District 3) were absent)

 – Mr. James Sullivan, parent of SHS student, expressed concerns about absentee policy for school system, which he says is more reactive than proactive.

Superintendent’s Report – No superintendent report for October 13, 2022

A. Consent Agenda – Superintendent recommended approval of agenda. It was approved unanimously with no discussion.
