A vehicular homicide case in Bulloch County concluded in a trial Tuesday, seemingly right where it started more than two years ago. Though Troopers, after a year-long investigation, concluded the case warranted misdemeanor charges, the case was transferred to Superior Court for felony charges at the behest of District Attorney Daphne Totten.
