Local Clinic Reverts to Scheduled COVID-19 Testing in Light of Increased Cases

A local immediate care facility has returned to only allowing COVID-19 testing by appointment due to the increase in cases.

Statesboro Urgent Care announced this week that it will no longer be taking walk-in testing appointments. The change begins Friday, July 30.

Statesboro Urgent Care said the high volume of testing coupled with the decrease in testing supplies from manufacturers led to the decision.

You can schedule an appointment through the online portal beginning Friday as well. Visit www.borourgentcare.com to schedule an appointment.
