Karen Michelle Starling, age 65 of Nevils, passed away at home, after a long illness, January 27, 2024.
Karen was born in Savannah, Georgia to Hinton & Edith Starling Karen was raised in Garden City where she attended Sprague Elementary, Mercer Jr. & Groves High schools. Karen loved old movies, animals, fried chicken and iced coffee. She was loved and will be missed.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Edith Starling. She is survived by her father Hinton Starling, her siblings, Richard Starling (Peggy), Sherry Teague (Howard), Craig Starling (John Labarbera), and Keith Starling (Walter Chabode) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a memorial service for Karen on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 10:00am at Trinity Baptist Church, 1172 Nevils Denmark Rd, Nevils, GA 31321.
