Blue Angels Present RHS Principal Dr. Eric Holland with a Special Gift

Northwest Georgia hosted the Blue Angels for the Wings Over Northwest Georgia Air Show this past weekend. These brave and men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces took some time out of their very busy schedule to speak with the home crowd before Rome High School’s last home game verses Douglas County.

Just before kickoff, the Blue Angels expressed the warm welcome they had received while preparing for their exhibition. And because of the hospitality shown to them, they presented Dr. Holland with a very special gift.

Rome City Schools would like to say thank you to the Blue Angels and all of the men and women who serve selflessly, protect our freedoms, and continue to inspire us all. The Blue Angels are a shining example of what it means to love what you do and take pride in your calling.

We aim to fly as high as they do.

Go Wolves!!!
