A press release issued today by Gov. Brian Kemp’s office states that Georgia’s net tax collections for April 2024 totaled $3.96 billion, a decrease of $225.7 million (-5.4%) from April 2023. Net tax revenues for the fiscal year totaled $27.45 billion, a decrease of $341.3 million (-1.2%) from last year.
