Paulding County District Attorney Dick Donovan was booked into the Paulding County Jail on Monday afternoon before posting bond. Arrest warrants were taken out for Donovan on four felony counts after Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr presented an indictment to a grand jury earlier this month. Donovan faces two counts of False Swearing, one count of Bribery, and one count of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer.
