Senate Study Committee on Certificate of Need Reform to Hold 3rd Meeting in Savannah

ATLANTA (October 10, 2023) | On Monday, October 16, 2023 at 9 a.m., the Senate Study Committee on Certificate of Need (CON) Reform, chaired by Senator Greg Dolezal (R – Cumming), will hold its third meeting at the Memorial Education Auditorium in Savannah, Georgia.

The Senate Study Committee on CON Reform was established through the passage of Senate Resolution 279, sponsored by Chairman Dolezal, during the 2023 Georgia Legislative Session. The committee has been tasked with reviewing the state of the Certificate of Need program in Georgia.
